Primavera Coffee Roasters was born from the aroma of freshly roasted coffee, the sweetness of homemade pan dulce, and the memories of Luis’ childhood in Guatemala. Today, we’re bringing those flavors, traditions, and the warmth of Central American hospitality to Cranston, Rhode Island.

For  Melissa, the connection to Latin America is deeply personal as well. During her time serving as a missionary, she lived alongside local communities, experienced their culture and hospitality firsthand, and learned recipes and traditions that continue to inspire the food and pastries we serve today.

At the heart of Primavera is our in-house micro-roastery, where we carefully roast specialty coffees selected from Guatemala and other regions of Central America, each chosen for its distinctive character and flavor. From handcrafted espresso drinks and freshly brewed coffee to traditional favorites like conchas, tres leches, and other Latin American-inspired treats, everything we serve reflects the flavors and experiences that inspired Primavera.

More than a coffee shop, Primavera is a gathering place built around café, cultura, y comunidad — a place to slow down, connect, and share something meaningful over a good cup of coffee.
